IMPORTANT REMINDER

  1. Individuals with special medication are advised to bring sufficient amount of their medicines

  2. For mobility and ease of trekking, the use of backpacks is recommended. Make sure your hand are free, so that you can support yourself (or your companion) in case you slip, fall or have to ward of the mountain trail

  3. It is advisable that your things in your bag are packed in a big plastic bag to ensure dryness in case of rain

  4. Please try to minimize the weight of your backpack. It is best to travel light

  5. Trash and litter have no place in the wilderness. Campfire will not be allowed. Picking, gathering, hunting or bringing down of whatever flora and fauna is strictly prohibited.

  6. Temperature may drop to 10 degree or less, please prepare necessary clothing. It is best to have warm insides and waterproof outside to keep your body warm and dry.

  7. Trekking pole (sometimes two) to assist you in steep trails. A trekking pole may not have a purpose at the start, but it could be precious tool when you get a sprain.

  8. Make sure your loved one/friends know where you are going. Have at least one person know where you will be going, with whom, and when you are expected to come back.

  9. It is your responsibility to ensure that you’re insurance provide sufficient for the activities. We advise that your insurance covers the following:

    • -Medical expenses

    • -Helicopter rescue/evacuation

    • -Travel delays and missed flight

    • -Loss and damage of baggage

    • ( We recommend World Nomads travel/hiking insurance for our clients )

  10. Please print a copy of your insurance information and policy and bring along with you during trekking.

  11. Drink plenty of water. Dehydration reduce your body’s ability to acclimate to new altitudes. Drinks two or three liters daily starting the day before your trip. Keep an extra of water on you during ascent. Make sure you drink as needed on your way down (to prevent Altitude Sickness)

  2. Down or fiber filled waterproof jacket and trousers

  3. Lightweight cotton long pants

  4. Warm cotton trousers

  5. Fleece jacket or pullover

  6. Quick dry shirt and t-shirts (three or four)

  7. Waterproof thermal gloves

  8. Socks/thermal socks

  9. Rain coat

  10. Gaiters (optional)

  3. Trekking poles

  4. Headlamp and spares batteries

  5. Polarizing sunglasses

  6. Basic medical kit

  10. Emergency kit including whistle and waterproof matches/lighter

CANCELLATION BY THRILL ADVENTURE TEAM

If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officer, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event. However, we will refund your full expedition event registration fee to you.

 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for this event. You may cancel your registration and recieve a refund of your registration fee up to 3 weeks prior to the date of the event provided. However, you will be charge a US$100 handling fee upon the cancellation of your registration. In the eventnthat you cancel your registration less than 3 weeks prior to the date of event, you will forfiet the entire registration fee. Regardless of when you cancel your registratio, your registration in not transferable to another event, date, or person

 

 

 

REFUND OF THE PAID AMOUNT

 

  • If you cancel your trip any time, you will loose your deposit

  • If you cancel your trip between 46 to 60 days to departure, you will loose 60% of the paid money

  • If you cancel your trip between 31 to 45 days to departure, you will loose 80% of the paid money

  • If you cancel your trip less than 30 days to departure, you will loose 100% (No REFUND) of the paid money
